Cute cute!

This is what im looking forward to at christmas..my lil neice and nephew!! Hehehe so cute! My brother sent these pics of Thomas and Eva feeding the new calves on their farm. They have grown up so much since my last post of them at our wedding. Lets just hope they still love Aunty Linzi!

mmm Melty Goodness

hehehe mum decided to send me my birthday present a lil early this year. But since its stinkin hot in Sydney these lil suckers didnt make it. I had to laugh as i opened the packaged and it seemed relatively hot..so i grab one of the wrapped items..squished it in my hands and thought 'hmm this is a bit squishy...wonder what this one is........oooh squishy......shit its chocolate!!' ....and yes..it was. So i called mum and opened this one to find a nice vacuumed packed melted slab of pineapple lumps!mmmmm into the freezer they went and hello dessert! I quickly got kirk to hide the rest of the presents as i dont trust myself not to open them early....oooh presents!!

Things have been pretty hectic in the head of this pixie lately.. hence no posts.

Work has been pretty weird, ive started the hunt for xmas presents..yes i know im already excited, and everyone seems to be popping out babies! Since im having xmas with my family in New Zealand this year, ive gone a bit bananas and have already planned how the table will look.(Amazing!), going for a green and white theme...cant wait! Then all my friends decide to have babies at the same time (hehe) so im trying to come up with a totally rad baby present that no one has thought of...hello hard!?!-im a present freak. Then it makes me ponder about when i should pop one out..hmmm. crazy crazy crazy! Also have to sit my Aussie Full license test, finish my work experience, maintain the house, keep an eye on my crazy bird, bake treats for the husband.....ahhhhh!!!

Piglet took the crazy to another level last week. As we left her for a day, she got her nutty on and plucked all her body feathers out. Why you say?...Cause she likes to amuse us and send us broke. I thought it was cause she's nesting and needed a more comfy bed, but kicking it to the ground proved otherwise. So off to the vet she goes..the best in Sydney as she is like our kid.
Blah blah poke, squeeze, flying off, poop, blah blah..
Put on another diet and given some antibiotics. Result= i still dont know.?. We just have to see if she lets her feathers grow back, and take it from there.
Oh and this cost us $195. eek!

Coffs Harbour Road trip..

The other week me and the Husband decided at the last minute to attend my cousins Baby shower in Coffs Harbour. As it is a 6hour drive from Sydney, we left at 6am sat morn and were greeted by an awesome sunny day! It was also a good time to spend time together as he works crazy hours...well he just had to put up with my 'need to sing badly and take stupid photos' self...Husband insists on driving there and back....fine with me as i need to concentrate on my singing.. :P The babyshower gift i made with the help of my boss...i work at Edible Blooms, so it was based off work we do there. She doesn't know what she is having yet, so i went with a green and yellow theme. I had so much fun making this! It had a cute height chart, 'Little Scruff' softie, Eco Baby Bottle, bibs, and a whole lot of tasty chocolates..

Was an awesome babyshower! I had to roll out of there like a penguin...so much tasty food!

The man turns 28

Well Mr Husband turned 28 on sunday, and i decided to suprise him with this pirate extravaganza! I woke up super early, did many trips to woolworths, as i kept needing more strawberries and Piggy helped by eating all the left over pieces and chucking them on the floor..such a gem. He was surely suprised as my eager overexcited self dragged him out of bed and showed him his breakfast...hehhe.

We had a great day..31 degrees, sunshine and lying in the backyard with beers and friends!..although i think we had a few too many as this is still in the fridge un-touched..oh well its the thought that counts!!!

Ive been a busy wee pixie...
